Family Activity Week for Body, Mind and Wellbeing
Together with Lowa and the programme “Move Smart!”, developed by Felix Neureuther and the Technical University of Munich, we’re creating a unique blend of activity, relaxation and quality family time. With daily sessions, you’ll discover how movement brings joy, improves concentration and helps bring the body into balance. Exciting outdoor experiences and creative activities in the kids’ club round off this special activity week.
- “Move Smart!” sessions held indoors or outdoors depending on the weather – for children as well as the whole family
- Guided family hike
- Mindful walk and walking meditation
- Talk on practising mindfulness in everyday life
- Children’s dance workshops
- Grand Alpenrose Summer Fair on Saturday, 18 July 2026: meet & greet with special guest Miriam Neureuther, Lowa shoe testing station, activity stalls, prize draw and culinary surprises
