When staying a minimum stay of 7 nights as one parent with your child(ren) in a room type of your choice you will only pay one adult full price and the standard children’s price.
Sumptuous breakfast, lunch and afternoon buffets with sweet and savoury treats (top gourmet cuisine), 5-course set menus in the evening and non-alcoholic drinks, specialty coffees and teas from the beverage station, available around the clock.
The child care service is provided for those from 0 to 16 years in different age groups, 7 days a week from 08:30 to 21:00 by 25 professional child minders.
Fun is guaranteed over an area covering 2,000 m² inside and 5,000 m² outside, ensuring that boredom will always be kept at bay while on holiday. Whether the kids are cycling fast laps on the hotel's bicycles or Bobby cars or playing on our outdoor-playground area - adventure is just a hop, skip and a jump away!
Our pools, featuring an incredible 360 square meters of water surface along with the kids’ pool, invite you to dive in and relax. In the sauna area, various saunas turn up the heat: a Finnish sauna (Glacier Sauna), a steam bath with saline mist, the Herbal Sauna “Pine Forest,” and the Clay Sauna “Alpine Meadow.” The whole family can unwind together in the separate family sauna area.
Our accommodations offer everything necessary for a relaxed family holiday. All sorts of practical extras such as a Nespresso machine, a bag with bathrobes and bath towels are included in the rooms.
We're more than happy to help you pack lightly. Many travel and practical needs can be loaned here at no extra charge such as a cot, a baby rocker, a buggy or reclining pram, a humidifier, a nappy pail and changing mat.
Our varied weekly program for parents and children offers a wide range of activities that promote fun and education in equal measure. From interactive workshops and exciting excursions to creative handicrafts and sporting activities - there is something for every taste to experience unforgettable moments together.
A safe and weatherproof underground car park is guaranteed for all guests. Eight E-charging stations are available for electric vehicles for those traveling in an environmentally friendly way.
Driving fun is included in the room rate. Segways are at your disposal for a little side trip into nature. Vehicles can be booked at reception.
