- on the Ulm-Kempten-Reutte-Lermoos motorway or
- Munich-Garmisch-Ehrwald-Lermoos

From Switzerland:
- via Lindau-Sonthofen or Arlberg

From Italy:
- over the Brenner or Reschen Pass (a motorway toll sticker or Vignette is required for both these routes!)
- or by motorway (to 40 km from Lermoos) - Brenner-Innsbruck-Mötz-Fernpaß-Lermoos

By Train:
