From Lermoos on the link road in the direction of Biberwier southwards to the Hotel Mohr Life Resort. Turn right there onto the Hochmoos Weg. Follow this up the mountain - with views over the wide valley basin of the Ehrwalder Becken - to Gschwandtkreuz and on to Brettlalm (1334m). Climbing again on the service road round several hairpin bends to Grubig Alm (1700m). There is also the option of a further climb on foot to Grubighütte (2028m).
